HELLO! I’M EDWARD

I am an Irish Chef who trained in Michelin star restaurants in Switzerland (Johris Talvo, St Moritz, 2 Michelin star and Adelboden, Schwyz, 2 Michelin star). I fell for my beautiful Argentine wife Constanza when backpacking around South America in 2005. Drawn to the beauty of Patagonia, in 2007 we set up our first project together in Bariloche- Butterfly, a 24 seat restaurant serving a 7 course tasting menu prepared each day with market fresh produce.
Since then two inspiring children have arrived (Kira and Nahuel) and I have had such luck to create and administer truly incredible projects and experiences.
I believe that ideas are easy to come by, but the ability to inspire people and transform them into reality requires rolling up your sleeves and a lot of hard work.

I am eternally grateful that someone saw potential in me and gave me the chance to run Fierro Hotel, a 27 room boutique hotel in Buenos Aires. In a short time the hotel went from being ranked No.10 to No.1 for hotels in Buenos Aires on TripAdvisor. This improvement in customer satisfaction, coupled with a new found love for revenue management also lead to an impressive bottom line. Consultancy work soon became frustrating as I could never implement all the changes necessary as I never had all the control necessary. And so Resolve was born. A company dedicated to offering full management solutions for unique and inspiring projects. A company not only full of good ideas, but also with the determination and know how to make them reality.
